You will receive an email with check out link once your order arrives in Manila and for packing.

Pick-up and delivery is under the discretion of the courier thus delays are out of our hands.

All items were thoroughly checked and are in good physical condition before shipping. Should there be damages and lost packages during shipping we will not be held responsible but we will forward your concern to the courier. Pictures will be sent before packing.

Extra packaging are also available like boxes and bubble wrap for an additional fee.

Grab Express / Lalamove for Metro Manila - depending on distance
EMS - for international orders (We will bill the shipping fee once we know the weight of the item)

Orders are automatically confirmed once submitted. If no confirmation received in your email please message @BaYongBin.

Please reply your payment receipt to the order confirmation. If by installment you can reply for every payment made to the email thread.

Payment will be confirmed within 3 days. If you don't get any confirmation from us then contact us for follow up.

All items must be fully paid to be processed unless by installment (down payment must be settled on due dates).

For installment, failure to pay on given due dates will forfeit any payment made and your whole order will be cancelled.

Items are usually bought at physical stores unless otherwise stated in our pre-order announcement that we will purchase them online. (*All items are now purchased online due to pandemic).

Items are subjected for availability at the store. If item is not available we will inform you and you have an option whether to request a refund or wait for re-stocked.

Confirmed and paid items cannot be cancelled unless item is not available.

FAILURE TO PAY TO THE GIVEN DUE DATE WILL FORFEIT YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN OUR FUTURE PRE-ORDERS.

*We don't test the items (i.e light sticks, play button, etc.) as they are sold as is. If found defective we will try to help you to return them to manufacturer but you will be the one to process the return and shipping fee.
